Director, Portfolio Management - Real Estate

Ready to take on a high-impact leadership role in commercial real estate finance? We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Director of Portfolio Management to help lead a growing portfolio of performing CRE loans while mentoring talent, strengthening borrower relationships, and helping shape best-in-class portfolio management practices.This role is ideal for a strong real estate finance Director of Portfolio Managment professional who enjoys being both in the details and at the table—someone who can assess asset-level performance, spot risk early, navigate borrower requests and modifications, and turn portfolio insights into smart, timely action. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and key internal partners across originations, underwriting, servicing, legal, and loan operations.Beyond portfolio oversight, this is a chance to make a real mark by improving reporting, streamlining processes, and bringing a forward-thinking approach to technology, automation, and team development.What we’re looking for:8+ years in commercial real estate lending, credit, portfolio management, asset management, or related experienceDirect experience managing a performing CRE portfolioStrong borrower-facing, credit, and negotiation skillsExposure to modifications, restructurings, troubled credits, or lender remediesExperience mentoring and managing junior professionalsA proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindsetIf you’re looking for a visible leadership opportunity where you can influence the portfolio, the team, and the platform, this is a compelling next step.
