Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | Long Branch, NJ | Part-Time | $55–$85/Visit

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes throughout Long Branch and the surrounding Monmouth County, NJ area.

What You'll Do:

• You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Long Branch and surrounding Monmouth County communities , developing individualized treatment plans while maintaining full clinical autonomy.
• Our administrative team manages scheduling, patient coordination, and documentation support so you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
• Shadowing opportunities are available for therapists who are newer to home health or want to experience our model before getting started.
• Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan helps keep your schedule consistent. If we're unable to replace a cancelled visit, you'll be paid for up to two cancellations per month.

Compensation:

• W2 Part-Time.
• $60–$65 per visit.
• 1099 Part-Time.
• $72–$85 per visit.

Part-Time Benefits (W2):

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license (required).
• Reliable transportation (required).
• Minimum one year of U.S. clinical experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Home health experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
