As a member of the Hendricks medical staff, you would be part of a nationally renowned, physician-led community health system. Through our patient-centered model of care, Hendricks has a rich legacy of community engagement and a focus on quality and safety with many accolades to support our work.Candidates can expect:* Optimal work/life balance* Personalized onboarding* Strong marketing support to grow your practice* Competitive compensation and bonus structure* Generous benefits program outpacing the industry, including an innovative Capital Accumulation Plan**Position Highlights*** Full-time nocturnist* 7on, 14 off* Must be BE/BC in FM or IM* Teaching opportunity available with Marian University graduate students* Group of 23 which includes 4 nurse Practitioners who are a part of the group and take part in patient care during daytime shifts* EPIC EMR* A full array of specialist are available as well as inpatient dialysis and cath/vascular lab* 4-12 encounters per night average 6**Requirements*** Board eligible or Board certified**About Hendricks**Hendricks Regional Health is an independent health system serving west central Indiana.
