Body Shop Manager / Estimator

Job Description

Grozah Auto Lab, an auto body shop near LAX Airport, is hiring an experienced Shop Manager to lead our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day shop operations
Write estimates in CCC ONE / Mitchell / Audatex
Negotiate with insurance adjusters and handle supplements
Order parts and coordinate with paint vendors
Manage repair timelines and lead the technician team
Communicate with customers throughout the repair process

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Shop Manager or Estimator
Proficiency in CCC ONE / Mitchell / Audatex
Experience working with insurance carriers
Fluent English
Valid Driver's License and U.S. work authorization

Official W-2 employment
$65,000 base salary + monthly performance bonus tied to shop revenue and claims volume
