RN - Registered Nurse

RN – Registered Nurse – Cherrelyn Healthcare Center Part time and full time. We are looking for an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to join the heart of our community at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a stellar senior living community. Your role Provide direct and supervisory nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Perform comprehensive assessments and develop or update care plans. Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes with clinical judgment. Supervise, guide, and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure high quality care delivery. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and procedures. Qualifications Current RN license in good standing. Strong clinical, critical thinking, and assessment skills. Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred. Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently. Leadership skills with a supportive and collaborative approach. A genuine love for seniors and a commitment to quality care.
