Responsibilities Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program Provide nursing services Conduct and document thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout treatment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done Benefits $32 - $32 HOURLY salary 500 referral bonus for nurses and CNAs - paid out in 90 days Perfect Punch Program - $225 bi-weekly bonus (full time only) 401k with a match Shift diffs M-F after 3p and all shifts on the weekend Pay rate: Competitive, with additional holiday pay and overtime hours possible Access to online learning 24/7 Health insurance for the entire family 12-hour shifts - 6:30p-7a and 6:30a-7p (4 days off!)
