Electronic Test Engineer

Job Details Position: Electronics / Electrical Test Engineer with aerospace or spacecraft hardware experience. Responsibilities Developing and conducting tests on satellite and space hardware, ensuring all products meet required standards and specifications. Creating and implementing test methods and procedures to identify potential issues or faults. Performing electrical testing at both unit and spacecraft level, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement. Conducting failure analysis using methods such as Ishikawa (fishbone) and 5-Why. Troubleshooting issues during testing, determining best course of action to resolve them. Ensuring all work is carried out in line with AS9100 standards. Collaborating with other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve overall team performance. Keeping up-to-date with latest developments in the field and continuously improving testing processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar role with satellite and space hardware testing. Experience with test method development. Familiarity with AS9100 standards. Experience with failure analysis methods such as Ishikawa (fishbone) and 5-Why is preferred. Electrical testing experience at both unit and spacecraft level. Proficient in Linux and scripting (Python, etc.) is preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex information clearly. Strong attention to detail.
