In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts, the MPA Accessories division develops accessories for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis - which are installed on new vehicles in the United States and Canada.Required QualificationsREQUIREMENTS Bachelors in Human Resources, preferred. 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration, leave administration, or HR operations. Experience administering FMLA, ADA, disability programs, and employee benefit plans. Experience working with HRIS, benefits enrollment systems, and payroll systems preferred.
