Job Summary Program Manager to serve as the Government’s point of contact and to provide technical and administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract. The Program Manager will supervise ongoing technical efforts, manage contract performance, and provide administrative oversight for the contract. Responsibilities Interface with Government management personnel, staffing all tasks, and formulating and enforcing work standards. Assign schedules, review work discrepancies, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Provide technical and administrative supervision, guidance, and oversight for all contractor personnel. Supervise on‑going technical efforts and manage contract performance. Communicate with the Government on behalf of the contracting organization. Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proven expertise in the management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate database, network, and communications subsystems. Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations. Proven experience in re‑prioritizing tasks and resources to meet Government mission requirements. Experience managing cost, performance, and schedules on contracts. Experience providing technical innovations for a large‑scale organization such as the military or other large Government organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting material to senior DoD and non‑DoD officials. Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) experience in a military headquarters or command center environment.
