Multi-skilled Carpenters – Ace Handyman Services – Pearland requires your expertise. We are one of Houston's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies serving homes and businesses throughout the city. You will provide quality craftsmanship and customer service for both small and large projects, both inside and outside. If you are looking for a W2 position that offers the flexibility of an independent job, we schedule the jobs for you and you bring the quality work. You'll work from home on a full-time or part-time basis using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Houston. Your potential wage can reach $30 per hour, with benefits and performance bonuses. Job Requirements We are looking for Carpenters with a strong work ethic, professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, light Plumbing and Electrical. Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive interaction with a variety of clients and staff are essential. Specific Qualifications Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience preferred Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks Own standard set of tools for all aforementioned trades Own truck or van Current and valid driver’s license Residence within 15 miles of Pearland Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong documentation and invoicing skills Professional appearance and demeanorAbility to pass a background check and drug screening Compensation : $30.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Ace Handyman Services
