Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll DoMeet with qualified buyers and sellers and understand their goals
Conduct consultations, property showings, and listing appointments
Guide clients through the buying and selling process
Manage leads, follow-up, and appointments using CRM and sales systems
Convert qualified opportunities into clients and closed transactions
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
Host open houses and engage prospective clients
Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
Who We’re Looking For
- Active Georgia Real Estate License required
- Full-time commitment to real estate sales and production
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and real estate technology
- Coachable, motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
- Positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
