Production Associate Job Details:
Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 1:00 PM–11:30 PM (training M-F 6-2:30 flexible)
Pay Rate: $18 + $1.50 Shift Differential
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to- Hire
Location: Easton, PA
Production Associate Responsibilities:
Assemble small metal components according to work instructions and specifications
Operate forming machines to shape metal parts to required size and angles
Carefully position components into fixtures or molds before machine operation
Activate machine controls to perform shaping processes
Measure finished parts to ensure accuracy in size, angles, etc
Inspect parts for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies
Production Associate Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
High attention to detail and quality standards
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
