Director of Construction - Commercial Construction

Job Description

Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved. Manage and develop project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive successful project execution. Establish project strategies, monitor performance, and implement solutions to mitigate risks and resolve challenges. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and executive leadership to align construction activities with business goals and project requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Proven leader with extensive experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects and teams. Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Results-driven professional with a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
