Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with CT surgery and mechanical circulatory support device experience for a 13-week travel assignment.

Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights), 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Float required between ICU and IMCU
• Holiday coverage required if working through winter holidays (2 holidays required)
• Weekly orientation schedule

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications required
• Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience in a similar setting required
• CT surgery experience required
• Experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing services within a fast-paced ICU setting
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Must complete pass/fail Tele/ECG and Medication testing
• Required vaccinations include COVID (with booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates not accepted
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6+ month break before returning
• First-time travelers may be considered
