SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Job Description
You will perform the full range of duties as a first level supervisor including evaluating performance of subordinates.
You will approve eligible employee's within-grade pay raises and interviews and has selection authority for highly qualified positions up to and including the GS-12 level.
You will exercise disciplinary responsibility in accordance with higher authority regulations as necessary within assigned Division.
You will be responsible for assigning and monitoring workload to ensure that all work is distributed based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments.
You will set priorities of tasks and duties for subordinates, revises schedules when necessary and provides advice or instructions on methodology.
