Warehouse Associate / General Labor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Product Auditor to join our team. This position is responsible for verifying product shipments and receipts, auditing returned products, and supporting warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Monday-Friday 7:00Am-3:30PM $16.50/Hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the condition and quantity of products being shipped and received.
• Audit returned products and perform sorting, strapping, and re-boxing activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following company procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet quality, productivity, and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated positive job performance and work behavior, including:
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Quality-focused work habits
  • Productivity and efficiency

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 25 to 55 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing more than 75 pounds.
• Ability to push, pull, grasp, and perform fine manipulation of equipment and products throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for approximately 90% of the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while meeting established timelines and productivity expectations.
