Estate Planning Attorney (Junior to Experienced)

Join our firm! We are seeking a full-time Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing and highly respected law firm in Norwood, Massachusetts.
As a preeminent, AV-rated firm, we focus on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Family Law. This role is ideal for both early-career attorneys seeking mentorship and experienced attorneys looking to expand their practice in advanced estate planning.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents using advanced in-house systems
- Assist with probate and trust administration matters
- Work directly with clients to design and implement estate planning strategies
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex and high-net-worth planning matters
- Continue developing expertise in tax-efficient and advanced planning techniques
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- 2–7+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, or related areas (or strong interest in the field)
- Familiarity with estate planning documents and administration processes
- Understanding of marital deduction and basic tax planning concepts preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client-focused and Personable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software systems
- An attorney who is looking to grow their practice and their expertise
Education:
- J.D. required
- LL.M. in Taxation preferred, but not required
