Private Clients Associate Attorney

LHH is working with a well-established, full-service law firm in Boston is seeking an associate to join its growing Private Client Services group.

This is an opportunity to work closely with individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies in a highly collaborative, client-focused environment.

What you’ll do:

• Draft a range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments
• Support trust and estate administration from start to finish
• Advise clients on tax-sensitive planning strategies and legacy goals
• Work directly with high-net-worth individuals and families
• Manage multiple matters while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and organization

What they’re looking for:

• ~3+ years of experience in trusts & estates / private client work
• Hands-on experience drafting estate planning documents and administering estates
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Interest in building long-term client relationships and a client-facing practice
