Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid) - Raritan, NJ (in office 3 days/week; up to 10% travel) Responsibilities Analyze consolidated Global Technology Service Finance results for expense and headcount; support forecast and close. Translate complex data into insights for Senior Finance/Business Leadership; prepare visual leadership presentations. Build cross-functional partnerships (IT, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, 3rd-party suppliers) to drive analytics and ad-hoc requests. Develop pricing & billing models and support global billing communications. Improve financial processes to reduce complexity and enhance operational effectiveness. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance preferred). 3+ years of finance or related business experience. Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate complex information. Experience with financial reporting/analysis (forecast, actuals) and making performance improvement recommendations. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred: MBA; ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CMA or equivalent. SAP and TM1 experience. Data analytics tools (Alteryx, Tableau; e.g., Apptio, Digital Fuel) and visualization tools. Benefits (time off) Vacation (120 hrs/yr) Sick time (40 hrs/yr) Holiday pay incl.
