How you'll make an impact in this role A 100% cardiothoracic practice in the MidWest! Ascension St Vincent/ Heart Center of Indiana is actively recruiting a BC/BE adult cardiac anesthesiologist for a practice in Carmel / Indianapolis, Indiana. Carmel, IN has consistently ranked as one of the top 10 most livable places in the USA - rated by Money Magazine 2023! Practice growth is due to service line expansion, and the opening of new OR's. We provide a broad range of anesthetic care to the cardiac, thoracic and EP services at two suburban hospitals. Our clinical case variety is wide: a broad range of valve cases, major aortic cases (dissections, aneurysms/arch, TEVARs), structural heart (Watchman, TAVR, MitraClip, tricuspid clip/TTVR), CABG, robotic thoracic, and a busy EP service. Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinate discharge planning with case management. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Anesthesiologist preferred. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
