Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a 16-bed ICU/Telemetry unit within a community hospital that is Joint Commission accredited and a designated Chest Pain Center. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours each (3x12s) with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); at least 2 years of relevant travel experience; working knowledge of Medhost Electronic Health Record (EHR); experience caring for adult and geriatric patient populations; ability to adhere to scrub dress code in any color; must bring license upon start.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis, coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repair/replacement, acute respiratory failure, atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular response (A. FIB RVR), alcohol withdrawal, head injury, overdose, stroke, trauma, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), transcarotid artery revascularization (TCAR), transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR).
• Additional Information: No block schedule requests; 48-hour shift can be considered but is not guaranteed. Patient ratios are 1:2; equipment includes Baxter pumps; supervision by Katelyn Belt; and uniform dress code is scrubs in any color, with unacceptable attire unspecified.
