Data Analyst - Warranty Systems & Billing Fountain Valley, CA Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 Software testing will be required for pre‑screening process Software proficiency requirements: Python, SQL, and Power BI Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 2‑3 years of experience in data analysis Job Description Warranty Systems & Billing The Systems and Billing team ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial transactions and system configurations related to warranty operations. Manage billing systems, troubleshoot discrepancies, and collaborate cross‑functionally to support seamless dealer reimbursement and compliance. Data Analyst Produce Weekly/Monthly aged ACL/ACM reports by the 5th of every month. Review and monitor all NCL accounts on a monthly basis and execute a plan to maximize recovery efforts. Monitor short payment of claims by the 2nd Friday of each month and recover amounts as needed. Build/maintain dashboards to monitor all non-ACL'd and rejected amounts by date/factory and provide plan for recovery. Process invoices for vendor billing prior to the 5th of every month. Clear out factory returned claims monthly to prevent claims from aging out of reimbursement window. Daily ACL to Global Warehouse Management System (GWMS) upload verification to ensure amounts are accurate and follow up if there are any discrepancies. Daily review of all ACLs pending ACM and update tracking reports as necessary. Position will be hybrid with onsite obligations at least once per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pro Staff
