This role will support Account Managers and play a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly from initial client engagement through installation.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within sales, project coordination, and client management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Managers with client communication and day-to-day project needsAssist in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentationsCoordinate internally with design, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless executionTrack orders, timelines, and project milestones from order placement through installationCommunicate with vendors and manufacturers to confirm product specifications, pricing, and lead timesMaintain accurate project documentation and update internal systems accordinglyAssist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and installationsProvide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholdersHelp identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure a smooth client experienceSkills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Interior Design, or related field)1–3 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or customer serviceStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or project management tools is a plusAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentInterest in commercial furniture, design, or workplace solutions preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
