LPN Weekend Manager Location: 3030 Greenfield Rd., Royal Oak, MI, 48073 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Weekend Manager at our Greenfield location. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership and ensure smooth operations during weekend shifts, maintaining high standards of patient care and staff coordination. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and quality patient care. Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. Supervise and support nursing staff and other team members on duty during weekends. Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and staff to address concerns and provide updates. Manage documentation and maintain accurate patient records. Assist in training and mentoring new staff members. Respond promptly to emergencies and unexpected situations. Qualifications Current and valid LPN license in the state of Michigan. Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Weekend availability is mandatory.
