We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Patient Services Representative to join New Paradigm Staffing , a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on connecting skilled professionals with remote patient care support roles.
This role is perfect for someone eager to help patients navigate their healthcare journey. You’ll gain hands-on experience answering patient inquiries, resolving service issues, and supporting clinical teams — all with the guidance of experienced mentors.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to patient phone calls, emails, and portal messages
