Remote Surplus Lines Tax & Compliance Specialist
ReSource Pro Growth Solutions
ReSource Pro Compliance is seeking an organized, team‑oriented Customer Experience Associate to provide front‑line support by handling client inquiries via phone and email, processing surplus lines tax reports, and coordinating with state regulators to ensure compliance.
You will train and mentor teammates, act as an escalation point for client and operational issues, and collaborate with accounting and leadership to maintain accurate, timely service across a growing national client base.
