Infinite Health Collaborative (i‑Health) is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide independent patient care in our Orthopedic Urgent Care clinics across Minnesota. The role involves medical management of non-operative orthopedic conditions, ordering imaging, prescribing medications, and coordinating patient care under the direction of an on‑call physician.
