Step into a meaningful role supporting students across elementary to high school levels as a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). This contract position begins in August and continues through December, with the potential to extend into the spring semester. As a vital member of the team, you will:

• Support occupational therapy services for K-12 students, focusing on both academic and functional skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Help students develop, improve, and maintain skills needed for daily school participation.
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student progress and well-being.
• Document services, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the IEP process as needed.
• Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students in elementary, middle, and high school settings.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active certification and licensure as a COTA in Michigan.
• Previous experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with K-12 caseloads and the ability to connect with students of varying ages and abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for making a positive difference.
