This is a permanent position not locums.
The demand is so strong that General Ortho and especially Sports will do very well here.
Open due to expansion to become a four surgeon practice and eventual succession planning.

The new Surgeon will be assisted by a current Ortho PA to assimilate quickly to the practice.
This practice has three locations.
1 in 3 Call for unassigned patients and is very easy with a level zero trauma.
Initial compensation is around 470,000 plus 40% of collections over 600,000.
Practice provides benefits, expenses, and malpractice.
Two year track to Partnership and eventual ownership.
50% of collections once a partner.
The location is experiencing population growth and is deficient of Orthopedic Surgeons.
It's is just outside the hustle and bustle of Tampa. The location is on the Gulf side of the state, just outside the hustle and bustle of Tampa. It's a great place to raise a family with very low crime and a much lower cost of living. Your dollar goes a long way here. It's a short drive to the coast, to Tampa, and to Orlando.
