Content Marketing Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator to join their team. As a Content Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of the Content Marketing Operations function supporting the Networking campaign content team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management discipline, a detail-first approach to content accuracy, and the ability to communicate clearly while priorities shift-aligning successfully in the organization.

Location: Morrisville, NC

What's the Job?

• Maintain the Networking content repository in Airtable, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistent taxonomy.
• Use an AI-first mindset to streamline recurring workflows, improve content operations, and proactively suggest process improvements.
• Oversee the ongoing accuracy of Networking Bill of Materials (BOMs) within content strategy decks, following a bi-weekly or monthly update cadence and flagging gaps or conflicts.
• Serve as a Workfront expert for project setup, task management, and report generation-ensuring information stays current and accessible.
• Coordinate blog reporting and calendars for Tier 1 and 2 product launches, including quarterly performance reporting and alignment with the Web team on campaign and launch schedules.

What's Needed?

• Ability to manage projects end-to-end with guided independence, providing clear recommendations and rationale for operational decisions.
• Comfort working in an environment with changing priorities, using strong critical thinking and a solution-first mindset when issues arise.
• Advanced capabilities in project management software (Workfront) and data organization tools (Airtable).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with external parties to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
• Experience maintaining structured documentation and content workflows, including SharePoint folder upkeep and editorial guide stewardship.
