We’re building a kitchen team that takes pride in what they put on the plate.
We’re looking for an experienced Grill / Sauté Cook who can handle a busy service with speed, consistency, and attention to detail — someone who stays organized under pressure and cares about doing things the right way.
We’re looking for:
Strong Grill & Sauté skills • Clean & organized station • Consistency during high-volume service • Team-first attitude • Reliability • Genuine passion for cooking
Mediterranean experience is a plus, but work ethic, skill, and the desire to grow matter most.
If you’re serious about working and want to cook with a team that holds itself to a high standard, we’d like to meet you.
