• Number of Staff – 95 in RT
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 20 FTEs on days
  • Night Shift – 27 FTEs on nights
• Patient Ratios – NA
• Type of equipment – V800 Draeger vents, C1 Hamilton’s, Airvo for HHFNC
• EMR -Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 6 months’ current RRT experience
• NBRC Certification
• BLS, ACLS, NRP & PALS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Pediatric/PICU experience
• Strong ICU experience

• Respiratory Care treatments
• Ventilator management – invasive and noninvasive
