We're Hiring: Recruiting Specialist at Express Employment Professionals

Are you driven to meet goals and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you have strong customer service skills and enjoy speaking with people? Express Employment Professionals is looking for a focused and motivated Recruiting Specialist to join our team.

Position Requirements and Expectations:

Conduct a minimum of 20 phone interviews per day - no exceptions
Use strong phone communication skills to engage with candidates
Apply customer service experience to support our recruitment process
Accurately input and maintain candidate information
Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Starting pay: $15-$17 per hour, with advancement opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

Goal-oriented and accountable
Detail-focused with strong typing and organizational skills
Excellent communicator who enjoys helping others
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
