Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to improve their physical function and quality of life. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Document progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of practice.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS/BCLS certification.
• PALS certification.
• NRP certification.
• ASHA certification.
• CHT certification.
• Completion of ACP training.

Experience Requirements

Less than one year of experience in a related setting is preferred.

Additional Information

Insurance, equipment, and other resources will be provided during the interview process. A holiday pay structure is included, and a commitment of 13 to 26 weeks is expected.

All candidates must complete necessary documentation prior to starting the assignment. For candidates with previous work history in this field, review of eligibility for rehire may be required on a case-by-case basis.
