Moves Coordinator onsite in Bellevue & Seattle, WA

About the Role As a CBRE Moves Coordinator, you will providebasic administrative assistance and implementation support to the Moves, Additions, and Changes team in thedelivery of projects. This job is part of the Moves, Additions andChanges function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services. This role will be supporting moves and willrequire some flexibility to commute between client offices in Bellevue, Seattle& Redmond, WA. Flexibility will be needed on location and potentially hoursto support weekend work depending on projects as needed. What You’ll Do Assist with the execution of office moves and reconfigurations for assigned buildings. Follow customer requirements, internal policies and procedures, and external legal requirements. Provide oversight on project documentation preparation. Attend weekly relocation coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders. Prepare meeting minutes and provide updates on project progress on scope, budget, schedule, and risks. Process invoices and pay applications related to projects or assigned teams and clients. Coordinate project documentation revisions and distributions. Help to develop and distribute communication plans for moves including newsletters, move instructions, welcome packages, etc. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 yearsof job-related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines andstandards in the application of work. Flexible mindset and ability to support varioussites and hours depending on project scopes and timelines. Communication skills to exchangestraightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with aninquisitive mindset. Ability to calculate simple figures such aspercentages, discounts, and markups. The compensation is about $75,000 annual base salary based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
