Change Manager

Job Description

seeking a senior, strategic Change Manager to lead a high-impact CRM transformation within Salesforce. This role will own the change strategy for shifting front-office responsibility over client data, households, and book-of-business management — a first-of-its-kind change for the Wealth organization.

This is not a tactical or communications-only role. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, shaping how change is adopted across Wealth leadership and advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end‑to‑end change strategy for a Salesforce CRM transformation

• Partner with Wealth leadership to:

○ Define the “why” behind the change

○ Create buy‑in across front-office stakeholders

○ Drive accountability and adoption

• Guide advisors through new responsibilities related to:

○ Household structures

○ Client relationships

○ Book-of-business management

• Assess change readiness and resistance; design targeted approaches to address both

• Advise on the right course of action, rather than executing pre-defined instructions

• Collaborate with product, CRM, and business leadership to ensure change sticks

Support executive-level communication and engagement as needed

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Change Manager

- Wealth Management / Financial Services background

- Strong Salesforce CRM experience

- Experience driving behavioral and process change in front-office or sales advisory environments

- Comfortable working with executives and resistant stakeholders

Strategic thinker (not checkbox change management)
