Average Stylist Earnings: Over the past 3 months, our stylists have averaged $24.79 per hour through hourly pay, credit card tips, bonuses, and product commissions. Cash tips are in addition to these earnings. Full-Time Benefits: Eligible full-time team members receive: Health insurance. Short-term disability insurance. Life insurance.
