Specializing in men's haircuts, beard card, and styling, BAUS offers a diverse service menu. Our brand is about hospitality, creativity, and a commitment to our guests.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including scissor cuts, bald fades, razor work, beard services, etc
- Ensure compliance with sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends

Qualifications
- Cosmetology License or Barber License
- Experience in Men's Hair
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to conduct thorough consultation
- Upselling and retail sales experience
- Sanitation practices in a salon setting

Compensation: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
