Job Description ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER (Contract-to-Hire) Avon, OH | Up to $36/hr LHH is partnering with a growing organization in Avon, Ohio to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Manager on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on AP professional with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving process improvements while overseeing day-to-day accounts payable operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily Accounts Payable operations Oversee invoice processing, approvals, and payment execution Review and reconcile vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly Ensure timely and accurate processing of high-volume AP transactions Supervise and mentor AP team members Partner with internal departments and vendors to resolve billing and payment issues Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls Assist with month-end close activities and AP reporting Qualifications Previous Accounts Payable management or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of full-cycle Accounts Payable processes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail Why This Opportunity?
