Accounts Payable Manager

THE ROLE
The Accounts Payable Manage will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Payable Department for Thom Browne.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounts payable department and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Ensuring all autopay and online invoices are booked.
- Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices.
- Booking outgoing payments from the bank
- Managing the AP Aging and submitting the AP Batch payments
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable.
- Investigates Accounts Payable issues as needed.
- Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 5-7 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or similar function
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highest of ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility, and character

- Competitive compensation. Salary Range is $115,000 - $125,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
