Finance Treasury Manager

Opportunity Highlights: Highly visible role partnering with executive leadership on strategic finance and treasury initiatives Opportunity to drive cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital improvements Lead treasury process improvements and automation initiatives across the finance organization Partner with financial institutions and cross-functional teams to support key business initiatives Influence financial decision-making through data-driven analysis and executive reporting Competitive compensation, strong benefits, and long-term career growth within a global organization Responsibilities Include: Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and financial models Support treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial risk initiatives Drive working capital improvement projects across the organization Partner with financial institutions and internal stakeholders to support treasury activities Analyze financial data and provide recommendations that support business decisions Prepare financial analyses and presentations for executive leadership Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and automation Ensure compliance with internal policies and support ongoing governance initiatives Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 7-12+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or financial risk management Strong background in cash forecasting, liquidity management, and financial analysis Experience supporting treasury operations within a large or multinational organization preferred Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; automation experience is a plus Experience with ERP systems and treasury or financial management software Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Harmer
