As the Corporate Access & Investor Relations Coordinator, you will support the Investor Relations function and executive leadership team by coordinating corporate access activities, investor engagements, communications, and related logistics. This role will assist with investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, analyst meetings, and other high-visibility activities involving internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced public company environment. This position requires strong coordination skills, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with discretion.

• Coordinate logistics for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, analyst engagements, and other corporate access events.
• Schedule and maintain meetings with institutional investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
• Liaise with conference organizers, brokers, executives, and internal teams to support meeting selection, attendance planning, and event execution.
• Coordinate executive travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Provide on-site event coordination and logistical support when required.
• Assist with monitoring the Investor Relations inbox and appropriately respond to or route investor and analyst inquiries.
• Support the preparation, review, and distribution of investor relations materials, including presentations, earnings releases, and fact sheets.
• Maintain investor contact databases, CRM systems, engagement records, feedback, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate the shipment, handling, and inventory of product samples, marketing materials, and branded merchandise for conferences and meetings.
• Represent Celsius Holdings, Inc. professionally during investor events and external engagements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, marketing, operations, and other internal teams to align investor engagement logistics and communications.
• Assist with planning internal and external meetings related to investor engagement.
• Support assigned ad hoc projects related to investor relations and executive operations.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate access, event coordination, administration, marketing, or a related role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting a public company or financial services environment is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and project-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with investor relations databases or CRM tools is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 20% as business needs require.
• Ability to work full-time in the Boca Raton, Florida office.
