Overview

Apex Systems is seeking a Contractor Technical Manager to lead the technical design, cloud implementation, system integration, data migration, security compliance, testing, operational readiness, and go-live activities for the California Department of Technology's CalTABS modernization initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design
• Oversee cloud SaaS implementation
• Manage integrations and ETL processes
• Lead go-live and stabilization activities
• Support system security compliance
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders
• Support enterprise billing and cost recovery operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing cloud IT solutions on large-scale projects
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams
• 3+ years public sector technical communications
• 3+ years managing projects with multiple stakeholders and interfaces
• 3+ years mainframe experience including:
  • z/OS
  • SMF
  • JCL
  • Mainframe chargeback processing
  • Hierarchical billing structures
