Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Tele

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with recent Med Surg experience for a post-surgical observation unit. The candidate will work in a dynamic healthcare environment and will be involved in transitioning to team nursing, backed by LPN support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg/Tele environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions post-surgery.
• Implement plans of care and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and preventive measures.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid nursing license compliant with NLC guidelines.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg experience required.
• At least 1 year of travel nursing experience is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a night shift schedule (3x12-hour shifts).
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
