We’re looking for a driven BT (Behavioral Technician) Recruiter to join our growing organization and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless care delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Source, screen, and hire qualified Behavioral Technicians (BTs)/ Registered Behavioral Technicians(RBT'S) to support children and families.
- Build and maintain pipelines of top talent.
- Represent our organization with professionalism, care, and urgency.
- Track recruitment metrics, ensuring hiring timelines and quotas are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in healthcare, ABA, or high-volume recruiting preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet quotas and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
