Seasonal Recruiter

The Seasonal Recruiter will support our Contact Center hiring efforts during peak season. This role will focus on processing candidate offers and managing the pre‑employment process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities Process candidate offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Oversee all aspects of the pre‑employment process, including background checks, documentation, and onboarding coordination Maintain accurate records and candidate data in Workday and other systems Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders Follow‑up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of hiring steps Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal compliance Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Abilities Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities Effective written and verbal communication skills Detail‑oriented Self‑motivated Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by an employee occupying this position.
