BusserA Busser helps play an important part in providing Guests with an excellent meal and service experience. The Busser is responsible for efficiently clearing, cleaning and resetting tables, while assisting food servers in all aspects of guest table service, maximizing table turns and maintaining restaurant flow.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, carry, deliver and/or serve items weighing up to 20-40 pounds throughout an eight-hour shiftAbility to balance serving tray when transferring for food orderAbility to stand and walk continually throughout a 6-8 hour shiftAbility to bend, stoop and reach for products and itemsAbility to work to various temperature environment, for example low temperature in the refrigerator and high temperature in the cooking areaAbility to clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitationAbility to work in loud areas, for example, the music for special performance and/or loud noise from the dishwasher machineAbility to attend work as scheduled, working various schedules and shifts throughout normal business hoursEducation & Qualifications:High school diploma, or equivalent work experience.California Food Handler CertificatePrevious Busser experience is preferredFluent in English / Preferred languages: Mandarin and SpanishResponsibilities:Ensure Guests' food and drink is delivered to the correct table.Checked finished product for plate presentation before bringing out from kitchen.Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver food in a prompt mannerAssists the server as necessary to ensure that the guest is served immediately.Clean and reset tables efficiently before, during and after service periods to turn tablesRemoving trash as neededWork as a team, assisting all guests' and team members' needs and inquiries.Performs other related duties as assigned.Requirements:Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork!Hardworking, professional dedication, strong interpersonal communication skills, and strong teamwork spiritObtain the California Food Handler Certificate
