Program Manager III

Type: Full-Time Location: Washington, DC Overtime Exempt: Exempt Reports To: ARMADA HQ Duties & Responsibilities Provides management and technical direction to program personnel. Will regularly exercise independent judgment, as well as a high-level of analytical skill in solving complex technical, administrative and managerial problems. Be responsible for all aspects of program performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial) Manage all aspects of program activity. Provide technical and financial reports in order to show progress to Corporate management and customers. Maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations. Assume the initiative and provide support to Corporate management in identifying future requirements. Develop, maintain, and implement a Program Management Plan that guides the performance of all functional activities performed on the Program. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) Advanced knowledge of program management principles Ability to lead large-scale programs and teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage complex program requirements Leadership and decision-making skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Minimum/General Experience Approximately 8 years of related experience, 4 of which must be in a supervisory role Minimum Education BS. in an associated discipline (or equivalent) Special Notes Relocation is not available for these jobs.
