As a Physical Therapist here, your responsibilities will include evaluating patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and crafting personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs. You will administer physical interventions with a keen focus on mobility, stability, strength, and overall functional progress. Collaboration is key, and you'll work alongside a skilled team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes. You will also provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and at-home exercises, documenting evaluations in adherence to facility and regulatory standards. Regular participation in team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings will further ensure that your care is seamlessly coordinated. To flourish in this role, you'll need a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program along with state licensure as a Physical Therapist. While prior experience is strongly preferred, we welcome those who possess a thirst for knowledge and a passion for growth. CPR certification is preferred, and additional specialized certifications whether in geriatrics, neurology, or other fields would certainly be a bonus.
