Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols for a wide range of patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Facilitate effective communication with patients regarding their treatment objectives and provide education to empower them in their recovery process.
• Document detailed progress notes and patient interactions using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• Conduct regular reassessments to track patient progress and modify treatment as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop integrated care plans to enhance patient recovery.
• Promote wellness and injury prevention through community outreach initiatives and client education.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) as recognized by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a physical therapist.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that enable clear patient interactions and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is a requirement, candidates with specialized training or experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, or neurology are particularly encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits
